I agreed to the service at the price quailed because there was also a recall notice ( starter motor) to be fixed at the same time. When I arrived for the service I was told the price of the service had changed to £40 more - I was told due to car age

I needed a new 12 volt battery on a recently purchased car, it's my first electric car, and I was a bit concerned about being left stranded with a flat battery. Arnold clark BMW ordered a battery for me on the Monday and fitted it on the Wednesday.
