Excellent service right from booking in for my brake service and recall. David at service reception explained everything clearly and arranged a courtesy vehicle as the part was being posted from Germany. Overall very efficient.

They took my car in at short notice after the brake warning light went red unexpectedly and were really helpful about getting it booked in and getting it serviced in time for me. People were nice. Great service overall, could not fault them.

Hi there, My car was in the BMW/ Arnold Clark dealership in Glasgow - Burnfield Road in an attempt to rectify this. Over and above this, they were to deal with an automatic lights/ wipers error message and replace two tyres. Car came back and noted
