I was again welcomed by Shannon who took my car key explained with a friendly and excellent Customer Care skills the procedure,and would keep me updated when my car had been looked at as it was a recall from BMW to check the Airbags.What lovely staff

Very good service overall. In this particular instance though, waiting over two and a half hours to have four tyres changes seemed a bit long and stopped me from giving 5 stars.

Daylights where not working i told them what the fault was with them They charged me £182 to investigate the fault and they could not find anything wrong so they said they will need to remove the bumper with a further cost of £600 to investigate

Shannon the adviser could not have been more helpful and dealt with my questions thoroughly and helpfully. The garage staff gave me a lift to the local station for onward transport and carried out the repairs on time

Well , recall for air bag however did not effect my car, they did a check and noticed a tyre fitted incorrectly , when they called no offer of repair, I did email no response, no free oil or washer done, they did call however not happy with outcome !

I was concerned to receive a report that the tyre inflation kit was missing from my X3 when it was in for the recent service. I reckon perhaps that technician wasn't familiar with where it is stored. The kit was indeed in the car when I collected it.

See above. Was also advised a replacement tyre but when I spoke with the male (didn't get his name) we agreed this could be done when MOT is being carried out in next couple of months. Again, very helpful. Thanks for lovely clean car.

Great service from Service Advisor (David) - all the work would appear to have been done well / thoroughly by the technicians & tyre fitters. Not "perfect" though - oily marks on inside of drivers door, door sill & seat cover - easily removed. 5?
