Everythung ran to time - from the booking in over the phone to the communication on the day.

It was very easy to book and on the day I was kept informed of progress of the service. David phoned me to advise when the car was ready for collection.

Everything was really straightforward and when called to say I could only collect my car within a certain window or wait until the next day, I was able to collect it with no problems.

Car picked up and delivered and fault repaired with no problems. However over next couple of days found that a lot of personal settings in the car had changed and spent a lot of time trying to reset as some hard to find in menus

My car went in for its first service, no issues with the vehicle. When I collected my car I noticed a loud noise from the aircon. I advised Arnold Clark immediately and was told it would cost £180+VAT for someone to look at it.

I gave them my car for it's 1st service My clean car came out with someone nose fluid on the Curved Display. It was absolutely disgusting. On top of that they said we washed & vacuum it. I raised it with the manager, but they do really care.
